NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the State Banking Board is scheduled for Thursday, August 20, 2026. The meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. at the Arkansas Department of Commerce, 1 Commerce Way, Little Rock, Arkansas.

The Board will hear the following items of business:

1. An application for the merger of Legacy Bank & Trust Company, Mountain Grove, Wright County, Missouri, with and into Southern Bancorp Bank, Arkadelphia, Clark County, Arkansas.
